If you are reading this, you are probably not a fan of High School Musical 1, 2, 3, ..., 18 or I hope you aren't or don't know what it is. Neither do I, by the way. However some people might do something good out of something really bad they have seen on TV. I guess "Glee" answers that question : how to make a good TV Show from that bad High School Musical one ?
Glee is a show about teenagers joining a club (Glee club = une chorale) wanting to perform, sing and dance to express their feelings to the outside world. This gathering ends up being the place where guys and girls stay together because they are put aside by the others for their humor, appearance or any other "lack of normality".
The show has been doing really good and the second half of the first season has restarted a few weeks ago. If you like choires and teenage high school dramas, this serie is made for you with all the old tunes you just love.
The cast of Glee has even been invited to perform at the White House's Easter celebration.
If you are interested in more dancing, I posted earlier an article about extraordinary dancers called the LXD, they mix break dancing choregaphies on classical music. It is amazing !
But for now, here is one teaser of a Glee episode. It might seem like a silly TV Show and this is exactly what it is : a light and funny TV show inspiring you to loads of new and old songs you had forgotten about and that made you feel so good at that particular moment. That's when the magic occurs.
